Woodland Construction
Recognizing the need for Tilt-Up subcontractors and their role in the overall construction process, I started Woodland Construction in 1987 to fill a void in the industry. My goal was to capitalize on the benefits of the Tilt-Up construction process by creating a stronger team, and thus provide a better end-product for owners.
With more than 30 years in the construction industry, I have seen immense change in both construction methods and client needs. At Woodland Construction, we believe in approaching each project as a partnership between the owner and all members of the design and build team. For this reason, we employ the design-build delivery method whenever possible, thereby combining the vital roles of designer, constructor, and other sub-consultants. This process allows for early collaboration and exchange of ideas, as well as the opportunity to maximize team knowledge of systems and products. Further, all of Woodland Construction Company’s supervisors are certified as ACI Tilt-Up Supervisors or Technicians — a unique distinction in the marketplace that ensures competence and experience on every project.
